KpHomes (Kolkata Homes & Projects Pvt. Ltd.) is a story of passion and excellence coming to life. This story began in the year 1999 and today the company has reinvented itself in the field of Luxury and Bespoke (Customised) Interior Design.

The name KP stands for Kolkataproperties.in which is a pioneer Real Estate Advisory Service for properties in Kolkata. The founder and Chief Advisor Mrs. Saswati Mehrotra is a Real Estate Veteran having contributed more than 35 years of her life in this domain. Interiors was an offshoot from her love for design and aesthetics which she began in 1999 in Residential and Commercial spaces. Her initial clientele were Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Thai Airways and Coca Cola India setting up their branches in Kolkata. Since then there was no looking back.

In 2006 her brand Kolkataproperties.in was launched where clients from all over the world sought their dream homes and offices in Kolkata. They got all support and legal assistance in property purchase and sale. In 2014 Mrs. Saswati Mehrotra re- launched her Interior Design Passion in the name of KPhomes which provided complete interior design solutions to the existing property purchasers.
